Laser cutting is an ideal application for adding detail to wood panels as it gives you the ability to design with greater freedom than many other machining process available.

Lasers have a very small width of cut (.003 - .020) Designs will appear have square corners and have a contrasting edge color from dark brown to black.

Our high wattage lasers have the capability to process wood panels with a thickness of up to 1 1/4" and 49" x 49"in a single pass. Our lasers are an open format and we can achieve cutting a larger pattern by repositioning the material. With our contouring hardware we also can process curved panels with up to a 16" rise.
