1. It goes to the national ministers in charge of decision making on the vote of their country on GMOs.
2. It should be in their language and they should receive letters from their country. However it is also possible to send letters from other countries to those ministers, who are the most critical (intending to abstain or vote in favour of the Commission proposals)
3. It must be fast and wide spread

4. Present and promote the cyber-letter on your website and inform others about it
5. Possibly also provide a text to download for paper-signature and mail as well as collection of signatures (doc / pdf) with the ministers and their address on top

2. Provide you with the code you can use on your website so the cyber-letter appears and can be sent directly from your website
3. Send you the details of all those who sign from your website
4. Store the information entered by those who sign
5. Keep you informed about the overall number of letters in your country and in the EU
6. Keep you informed about the political development (in English) so you can inform your participants
1. Use the data of the signers for other purposes
2. Provide you with more than the most basic technical help
3. Allow any mails to those who have NOT indicated they want more information
